Buyer & Lessee Representation

Primary Functions-

In understanding both sides of a transaction whether you may be a seller or Lessor or a buyer or lessee we know the process of purchasing or leasing property can be difficult.  We help our clients each step of the way in purchasing or leasing property.

Needs Assessment-

We take time in meeting with you or your representatives to learn more about your goals and objectives as well as your requirements.  We will ask detailed questions related to your financial objectives and physical needs.  In helping us even further we will visit your current location and tour your site.

Database Management-

In order to locate the property that best fits your needs, we employ a vast array of databases:

  • We are members of the BAREIS Multiple Listing Service which is a database of most properties in Northern California.  We are also a member of several other real estate worldwide listing databases. 
  • We also are very active on the Internet employing usage of the World-Wide-Web.  We have a web site containing our listings, and we access many other brokers web sites to search properties, which match our clients’ criteria.
  • We have archives of documentation received at our office from other brokers showing property available.
  • Lastly, we have an email & facsimile database of commercial brokers.  We email & fax information on a regular basis the properties we represent as well as a list of our clients’ needs.

Property Tours-

Once we locate several properties we feel would fit your needs, we will arrange for tours of each property.  The information we obtain will be compiled and presented to you in a standard format so you may make an informed decision.

Due Diligence to Our Clients-

We assist buyers and lessees each step of the way in the contract process.  This includes negotiations, coordination of space planning, tenant improvement process, coordination of inspections, escrow, and assistance with government requirements.

Updates-

We will keep you up to date on what we are doing for you.  Through regular telephone conversations, letters, email or facsimile. We will keep you informed.
