Marketing Plan- We develop and tailor a marketing plan for each specific property. Each property is different and so marketing to fill each vacancy may be different. Owner Updates- We will keep you up to date on what we are doing for you. Through regular telephone conversations, letters, email or facsimile, we will keep you informed. Market statistics- We keep a close watch on comparables in the market, vacancies, changes in the marketplace, and changes in the local government. Networking- Through our comprehensive contact with the business people of the community, we keep a close watch on any changes that would dictate a change in space requirements. Long-Range Tenant Needs- We offer assistance to our clients in the business community through helping them with their long-range goals including planning for growth, relocating, consolidating, or repositioning in the marketplace. Due Diligence to Our Clients- We assist the owner or the tenant each step of the way in the lease process.
