Each property is different and so marketing for each type of property will be different. Owner Updates- We will keep you up to date on what we are doing for you. Through regular telephone conversations, letters, email or facsimile, we will keep you informed. Market statistics- We keep a close watch on comparables in the market, other properties available, changes in the marketplace, and changes in the local government. Networking- Through our computerized database in our office, we keep the broker community informed of the properties we represent. We do this by an extensive email database, multiple-listing services, the World-Wide-Web and direct mail. Escrow- We offer assistance to our clients once the property is in contract. Through our relationships developed with escrow and title companies, we can effectively follow the escrow process to insure an expeditious transfer. Due Diligence to Our Clients- We assist the owners and the tenants each step of the way in the sale process. This includes contract negotiations, financing procurement, coordination of inspections, tenant improvement bids, assistance with government requirements and escrow facilitation.
