Our Peers- We believe our strongest, and most important assets in the marketplace, are our relationships with other commercial real estate brokers, agents, developers, property managers, property owners and loan brokers. We share information with those we do business with. Our sphere of influence reaches far into the business community: attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, bankers, government officials, contractors, and non-profit organizations to name a few. Your bottom line is our best interest! The Services We Provide- We are a full-service commercial real estate company. We provide services to buyers and sellers, and lessors and lessees of commercial, industrial, multi-family residential and land. We can help our clients in the buying, selling, leasing and managing of their properties. Our Geographical Market Area- Our geographic boundaries are that of the Napa Valley (County of Napa). We concentrate in the Napa Valley in order to provide utmost service to our clients. Our Clients- Our client characteristics are broad, ranging from an individual user of an office or retail storefront, an investor in commercial or industrial property, to a larger corporate user who may be looking to expand or relocate in the market area. Our Founder- Burt M. Polson, CCIM, began his career in real estate in 1992. He started ACRES Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1996 after discovering a need in the community for a commercial real estate brokerage with strong beliefs in customer service. |
